OUR SAFETY POLICY

• The meaning of the word “Safety” shall be taken as “the state of being safe and free from danger” for the purpose of this manual
• The safety in general terms shall be applicable to the following:
• Personnel employed directly or indirectly by the company in office or the work sites
• Buildings, offices and such other structures where the personnel, equipment and materials are stored or deployed by the company or the co-occupants of such buildings, offices, yards, godowns, stores and such other structures
• Temporary erection structures being installed by this company or any other to which this company has a direct or indirect involvement with respect to the execution of a contract

Broad Line Plans to achieve the safety shall be as follows:

• • By setting up a safety organization as suited to the functioning of the company
  • Imparting and insisting on training of all the employees at all the levels on the necessity of adhering to safety measures     being adopted by this company and as promulgated by statutory bodies
  • Conducting Safety Audit from time to time, recommending improvement on safety measures and implementing them     with the approval of the Operations Manager
  • Conducting Safety Meetings at Sites, Head/branch offices
  • Accident investigation with respect to the cause of the accidents and measure that could have been adopted to avoid it
  • Regular Safety Inspections through check lists for routine activities and specific activities
  • Propagating the company’s safety policies at all its sites and offices
  • Insisting of use of safety gear commensurate with the requirement of the situation of deployment
  • Displaying sign boards indicating hazards of specific activities. Eg: NO SMOKING”, “USE SAFETY SHOES”, ‘USE     HELMETS” etc.

Our Infrastructure 

We have well organized process oriented organization structure to develop a corporate culture and to meet the requirement of our customers. Our key organization setup is as follows.

We have well established Design center to provide technical support and design solutions equipped with necessary reference books such as NFPA, FM Global Standards, etc and also with desktops computers, plotter, Design software such as Auto CAD, Hydraulic Calculation software, etc. to meet customer requirement and international standers.
• We have well established operation divisions to plan execute commission and hand over of the projects in specified time by adopting a systematic process approach, and methodology to meet the quality standards and workmanship.
